Our practice is honored to walk with transgender and gender expansive individuals through their journey, providing affirming and compassionate treatment to assist individuals toward their medical goals. We can provide the mental health assessment required by insurance prior to moving forward with any medical interventions to affirm gender. We practice from the "informed consent" model, allowing patients to be agents of their own healthcare while adhering to the most current guidelines from the WPATH. This process can be daunting, and we work to make it low-stress, easily understood, and efficient for all individuals. Our clinicians are competent and experienced in providing this assessment to individuals ages 12 and up.
