We are a small, affirming and specialized private mental health care practice tucked into the Research Triangle region of North Carolina. We currently offer both teletherapy (on a secure video conferencing platform), and in-person therapy in our office in Cary, NC. Chelsea Johnson
Chelsea founded Horizons Marriage & Family Therapy with the vision of creating a community resource for LGBTQIA+ mental health. Chelsea is passionate about advocacy both in and out of the office, and is dedicated to serving diverse relationship formations, neurodiversity, and all individuals identifying as LGBTQIA+.
