Outside of work, Sarah enjoys time with her partner, her 2 adorable cats, and her 4 year old son, finding gems at thrift stores, and cracking jokes. She is passionate about serving the community and increasing access to mental health support for queer-identified folx.

Meet Sarah!
Originally from San Diego, California, Sarah Edgington (she/her) has made a career in the Administration field. Prior to joining the Horizons team, she has managed a boutique Tax Accounting office in Chapel Hill, a Young Adult ministry in a local faith community, and spent years helping students gain Financial Aid at a university in San Diego. She relocated to the Triangle in 2016, and is passionate about more directly serving the LGBTQIA+ community! As an Office Administrator, she is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for all clients seeking care.
