LK brings 8 years of direct clinical experience, and specializes in.... working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and queer-identified partnerships. Her clinical focus includes supporting adults (18 and up) through big life transitions—whether that’s exploring gender or sexuality, coming out in adulthood, navigating fertility or perinatal mental health, or building and maintaining relationships that don't always fit into mainstream boxes. She has particular expertise supporting folks in polyamorous or ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships and supporting LGBTQIA+ folks in their journey into parenthood. Kelsey finds deep fulfillment in supporting queer partnerships as they navigate the transition into parenthood. Whether it’s exploring fertility options, making sense of the emotional landscape of trying to conceive, or addressing perinatal mental health, she creates space that is affirming, informed, and grounded. This work allows her to combine clinical skill with a commitment to reproductive justice and identity-affirming care.

LK is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) modality for trauma treatment, and is additionally a certified EMDRIA Consultant.     She draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, always tailoring her work to fit the unique needs of her clients. Her style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental—and while she’s not afraid to dig deep, she also believes therapy should feel like a place where you can breathe, be real, and feel genuinely supported.
